All lynx mounts and rings are machined from steel. 

Front and rear rings share recoil equally to provide the strongest most rugged mounting solution available whether you use one-piece mounts (1P), which span the bolt opening or two-piece mounts (2P), which mount individually on the receiver and bridge.

Extended mounts (ext), which bring the mounting rings closer together to allow short scopes to be mounted on long actions or regular scopes to be moved closer to the shooters eye, are available for some rifles.

Three ring heights for bases are available for scopes with
1-inch and 30mm maintubes.

Lynx also manufactures
ring mounts that fit directly onto the action rifles with dovetailed receivers.
